The Gen4 Ops-Core Helmet Cover is a next-generation accessory for the New Super High Cut FAST helmet line (including FAST Bump, FAST SF Carbon, FAST SF, FAST XP, FAST XR, and FAST RF1). It fits like a glove, adds cutting-edge functionality, and delivers universal accessory management for mission-ready helmets.

  • Fit & protection: A next-generation helmet cover that fits like a glove on Ops-Core FAST helmets and protects the painted ballistic surface while extending service life.
  • Color uniformity & platform: Provides color or camo uniformity and serves as a rock-solid platform that secures all accessories, preventing loss or damage.
  • Universal accessory management & cable channels: Left and right cable management channels, smooth snag-free sides, and an upper bungee area for IR strobes, cameras and more that features mil-spec polymer retainers featuring laser-engraved Agilite scorpions.
  • Easy on/off: Easy to apply or remove in seconds.
  • Optional Universal Rear Pouch: Detachable rear pouch fits all common NVG battery packs and counterweights, with exit holes for cables; semi-rigid exterior adds protection; central loop area for ID patches; lower stow area for comms PTT cables; integrates securely and can be donned/doffed in around 60 seconds.
  • Materials & construction: 1000D Tactical Nylon; Flat Polyester Mesh 380g/m2; Laser-engraved polymer bungee channels.
