Can I send you ideas for new designs?

How much do you charge for shipping?

In the U.S. shipping is free across all products and all orders.

Internationally we charge a flat shipping fee of $5 per order.

How long until I'll hold my precious mug, tshirt, or accessory in my hands after I order?

Let me preface this by saying that all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand when you order them. That process usually takes about 3-4 days. After printing and packaging we mail the product to your shipping address.

In the U.S. that's about 5 days for shipping. International orders take 9-13 days. I know this might be a little on the longer side—but it's totally worth it ;-)

You're getting a high-quality, custom-made product, printed in the U.S., and you're supporting a nerdy maker couple. How cool is that?

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, the mugs we sell are dishwasher safe. I've been putting the mugs I have for personal use in the dishwasher and so far there haven't been any signs of trouble. The printer we've partnered up with also advertises them as dishwasher safe. So, dish-wash away!

What's your refund policy?

We want you to be a happy customer :) If you're not satisfied with your order or one of your products we offer you a 30-day 100% money back guarantee. Just send an email to alex@myhackertech.com and let us know where we left you hanging and we'll give you a refund.

Can you design a custom product for my team/company/startup/...?

That's a great idea and we're totally open to it. Custom mugs, or t-shirts make awesome team bonding gifts. Shoot us an email at   alex@myhackertech.com and we can discuss everything.
