• FAKRO RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of delivery. Please contact sales@4us-group.com to start a return or exchange.
• Original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable; you must cover the cost of return postage, and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• All products should be inspected at delivery. Any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. If damages are found, note them on the delivery papers and provide photos, then notify us ASAP.
• If you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected. If damages are found, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery by emailing us at the above email address.
