Meet Workoutz Heavy Duty Resistance Bands for Assisted Pull-Ups—durable, versatile, and built to grow with your fitness goals. Sold individually, these plain, unmarked loops are ideal for assisted pull-ups, strength training, stretching, and more.

Key Features & Design

  • Premium continuous-loop design: Approximately 41 in diameter for a seamless, looped band you can anchor or attach anywhere.
  • Sold individually: Plain, unmarked bands with no insignias or logos.
  • Versatile and durable: Use for assisted pull-ups, general strength training, powerlifting, stretching, ballistic drills, and more. Secure to barbells, dumbbells, and machines for progressive resistance during squats, bench presses, and other lifts.
  • Thick, multi-layer construction: Very thick and highly resistant to wear and tear. Band is 4.5 mm thick, except XX Heavy 4-in band at 6.4 mm. Layered design minimizes the chance of breaking at a single connection point.
  • Material: May contain dry rubber or natural latex.
  • Color/width variation: Current colors may vary based on width/resistance. Plain, unbranded appearance.
  • Length: 41 in long per band.
  • Resistance ranges:
    • Light — 5 to 25 lbs; width 0.5 in
    • Medium — 10 to 45 lbs; width 1.125 in
    • Heavy — 50 to 90 lbs; width 1.75 in
    • X-Heavy — 75 to 100 lbs; width 2.5 in
    • XX-Heavy — 80 to 200 lbs; width 4 in
  • Extensions and compatibility: XX-Heavy 4-in band may be used with an extension strap; extension strap is useful if the pull-up bar is too high. Note: XX-Heavy bands are intended for power racks with built-in band pegs.
  • Recommended use by activity:
    • Assisted Pull-ups: 1 band. Use Medium if you can do at least 6 pull-ups unassisted; use Heavy for anything less. X-Heavy bands may be used with an extension strap.
    • Assisted Dips: 1 Heavy or greater
    • Ballistic Running and Lateral/Backward Movement: Sprinting band
    • Stretching: 1 Medium or greater
    • Powerlifting: 2 bands (any resistance level)
