• We are happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from date of delivery
• Original cost for shipping (if applicable) is non refundable and you must cover the cost of return postage
• There will also be a 30% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from your refund
• All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing
• If you find damages, note it on the delivery papers and photos should be taken and notify us ASAP. If you are not present to receive the delivery, inspect the products and notify us within 24 hours by emailing the above address
