• Composition: Manufactured from strong, elastic, low Tg polymer resin and special additives in a water vehicle.
• Bond quality: #8800 exhibits permanent surface tack.
• Preparation & conditions: The surface must be clean and dry. Temperature must be a minimum of 40ºF with humidity of less than 90% for proper curing.
• Application rate: Apply #8800 at the rate of one gallon per 100 square feet to the underside of the membrane and at the same rate to the roof deck or insulation. Porous surfaces will require more adhesive. Higher application rates will extend the adhesive’s cure time.
• Application method: The adhesive should be applied with a 1/2 inch nap roller or suitable spray equipment.
• Drying & color change: Allow the adhesive to dry completely. The color of the adhesive will change from white to clear when the adhesive is fully dry.
• Shelf life: Two years from the date of manufacture.
