• Mechanically mix prior to application. Surface to be coated must be dry and free of dirt or corrosion particles.
• All joints, cracks and penetrations should be sealed with Lucas #8500 silicone sealant.
• For best results, two coats are recommended. Apply basecoat of #8900 at a rate of 1 gallon per 100 sq. ft.
• Allow coating to cure, typically 2 to 4 hours, then apply second coat at the rate of 1 gallon per 100 sq. ft. The second coat should be applied within 72 hours of the first coat.
• Use #8900 as it comes from the container, no thinning is necessary with this product.
