Introducing the RT CRUSADER 2.0 ARMOR KIT — a complete, lightweight protection setup built for professionals, law enforcement, and serious operators who want solid front-and-back coverage without dragging around bulky gear.

Key Features & Design

Package contents: This kit includes (1) Crusader 2.0 Carrier with Triple Mag Pouch and (2) 10x12 Level IV Plates for the Front and Back, delivering a complete setup with front, back, and sides protection.

Durable construction: Mil-Spec fabric with YKK® Zippers and ultra tough Duraflex® Buckles, plus Anti-sweat pads for comfort during long wear.

Plates & protection: Front and back plates are lightweight, curved for comfort, and designed with SAPI shooters cut corners to maximize mobility.

Per-plate specs (Small–Large): 10"X12" (One Inch thick); WEIGHT: 5 Pounds 10 ounces; MATERIAL: Ceramic (AL203)Tile Front with a Hardened Layered Polyethylene Backing.

Protection level: TESTED TO NIJ Level IV — stops armor-piercing rounds up to 30-06 Black Tip, and calibers 5.56,.223, 7.62x39.

Sizing & fit: For Small to Large sized plates; see sizing chart. When standing, the top plate edge should rest at the level of the jugular notch; bottom plate edge should extend to approximately 4.5 inches above service belt to protect vital organs and vessels. (We can not be responsible for the sizing of the plate, it is your responsibility to determine if the plate will cover your vitals)

Carrier features: Crusader 2.0 carrier with Triple Mag Pouch, Mil-Spec fabric, YKK zippers, and Duraflex buckles for reliable performance in the field.

Shipping & availability: Currently shipping on time. Multicam Cordura may ship in 2–3 weeks due to large orders. We ship to all US states, but New York and Connecticut restrict shipping to law enforcement, security, first responders, active duty military, etc. We are not able to ship armor to PO Boxes.
