This 40-inch PRO light bar is tailored for 2024 and 2025 Ford Raptor Gen 3 Refresh, and it fits the Ford Raptor 37 and R package with modular bumper—with updates you can actually notice.

Key Features & Design

• Installation & Fitment – (1) PRO light bar behind the grille. Can be installed below or above the "FORD" sign. Must remove grille. No cutting or drilling required. The kit is a complete bolt on using factory openings and hardware. WILL NOT interfere with active grille shutters. Our light bars are slim and the metal bracket is designed to be in front of the shutters. Doesn't interfere with radiator air flow.
• Build & Finish – Metal bracket is powder coated black. Housing is upgraded to 304 aluminum. The surface is UV polyester powder coated to prevent against UV, salt water, corrosion, fading and scratch resistant.
• Lighting & Optics – DUAL COLOR Main White LED Light with Amber DRL (daytime running lights). White LED -- Super bright and crisp white beam pattern. Amber DRL -- amber DRL “daytime running lights” acts purely for aesthetics. Since it doesn’t give out much light, you can use this amber DRL feature on regular roads, it doesn't blind in-coming traffic. Combo Pattern: combined spot and driving optics offers a balance between the distance and width.
• Lenses & Efficiency – Introducing our brand new LED lenses-PRO series with a unique appearance and optimal performance. Uses TIR (Total Internal Reflection) lens is different from the conventional optics parts, which lose some light internally and produce glare. Higher light efficiency: brighter, longer irradiation distance.
• Durability & Thermal Management – Equipped with thermal management system that automatically adjusts the brightness output according to the external temperatures.
