• Finish & color: You can choose your stain and whether you’d like a matte, satin, or glossy finish.
• Finish process: Tables are normally stained and then coated with polyurethane.
• Customization & pricing: Our prices are based on leg style and the customization is included in our pricing. (We do have a $100 charge for a painted base vs stained table and an additional charge for a 2" top vs 1" top.) The rest of the customization is Included in our pricing.
• Availability & turnaround: We offer ready-to-ship options and fully custom builds; typical turnaround is 8–12 weeks but can vary.
• Ordering & deposits: We don’t take any type of deposit. If you would like to place an order, we can help you with all of the options and confirm pricing, order details, and timeline.

Customization, Ordering & Process

Because we custom build our tables and maintain a wait list, the timeline can vary. If you have a deadline, be sure to let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do whatever we can to work it out. We also have tables in stock in our READY TO SHIP section for quicker availability. If you’d like your order sooner, just tell us and we’ll see what we can do to make sure it’s ready for your event.

After you place your order, we send out our Custom Order Worksheet. It asks more questions about the details you’d like for your table and includes pictures to help you decide—so that we can custom build a table just for you. You can place orders without a deposit, or pay upfront by completing invoices through our website.

We can confirm pricing, order details, timeline, get you on our building list, and then contact you when it’s ready for pick up, delivery, or ready to be shipped. Then you can pay cash, check, or card on pick up or delivery. When shipping, we send invoices through our website, along with photos prior to shipping.

Delivery, Availability & How to Order

LOCAL DELIVERY and PICKUP in the Pittsburgh area and SHIPPING AVAILABLE TO MOST US LOCATIONS. Delivery to most Pittsburgh addresses is $150 (Delivery is a white-glove delivery—meaning you do nothing at all, just tell us where you’d like us to place your amazing new pieces).
