• EXTRA LARGE Size Plate: Chest 30 – 35” / 36 – 47” / 48”+ Length of Plate - Determine the optimum plate length for you. When standing, the top plate edge should rest at the level of the jugular notch (you can feel the top of the bone at the bottom of your neck). Bottom plate edge should extend to approximately 4.5 inches above service belt ensuring protection of vital organs and vessels.
