Rmax Ultra-Max HD High Density CoverBoard is a high-density roof coverboard designed for insulated roofing systems. Built for contractors and building teams who value reliability and efficiency, this panel delivers durable protection with lightweight handling—no drama, just solid performance.
Key Features & Design
- High-density construction: closed-cell polyisocyanurate (polyiso) foam core bonded to inorganic polymer coated glass fiber mat facers on both sides.
- Environmentally conscious: blowing agent is CFC-, HCFC- and HFC-free with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and negligible Global Warming Potential (GWP).
- System versatility: approved for use in insulated roofing system constructions utilizing mechanically attached and fully adhered single-ply roofing systems.
- Application range: Ultra-Max HD is approved for use in new and re-roofing applications; available in 0.5” thick 4’ x 8’ panels.
- Performance & handling: increases dimensional stability, provides roof system protection, and is lightweight and easy to handle.
- Moisture resistance: Mold resistant per ASTM D3273 (no defacement).
