Introduction

Lucas PolyPan® Straights #407 are designed to seal penetrations on all flat roofs with dependable, simple installation. Built from a high-strength polymer and packaged as 16 per case, they adapt to a variety of penetrations for reliable single-ply roofing performance.

• Packaging: 16 PolyPan® Straights per case, designed to work with four #408 PolyPan® Corners and the appropriate number of #407 Straights based on pan size.
• Finish & Sealing: After seating, use Lucas #9600 Sealant to seal the underside, outside edge, and to fill the pan with a compatible pitch pocket sealant.
• Minimum Clearance: Assure there is a minimum of 0.5” between pipe and top of PolyPan edge.
• Sealing Procedure: Apply three 0.25” ribbons of #9600 Sealant onto the underside of the flange and firmly seat the PolyPan® onto the roof surface; seal around the outside edge with #9600.
• Case Quantity: 16 per case.

Installation Highlights

• The surface of the roof must be clean and dry prior to installation.
• Using four #408 PolyPan® Corners, and the appropriate number of #407 PolyPan® Straights pending on pan size, push the PolyPan® pieces together until you hear an audible click.
• Finish by filling PolyPan® with a compatible pitch pocket sealant to complete the seal.
