It can be installed without a bullbar, and it can be installed with FACTORY Bullbar or DV8 bullbar. We don't guarantee correct fitment with other brands. No cutting or drilling required. The kit is a complete bolt on using factory openings and hardware. Very simple install using factory bolts on top of bumper. No need to take off the grille.
