• Made-to-order status: Our furniture is custom built/made to order therefore we always have a wait list; turnaround time is about 8-12 weeks but can vary depending on the number of orders we have at the time. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we’ll do what we can to work it out.

• Delivery & shipping: LOCAL DELIVERY and PICKUP in the Pittsburgh area and SHIPPING AVAILABLE TO MOST US LOCATIONS. Delivery to most Pittsburgh addresses is $150.
