Delivery & Returns

• Should you wish to make a return, please contact sales@4us-group.com. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, and you must cover the cost of return postage. A 30% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.
• All products should be inspected at delivery; any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing, and please notify us with photos.
• If you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected upon arrival. If damages are found, take photos and notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@4us-group.com.
