• Operation and access: The upper sash is opened steplessly upwards, up to an angle of 45°. The bottom sash tilts forwards to a vertical position, allowing free access to the balcony recess.
• Concealed balcony rails: When the lower sash is closed, the balcony rails hide inside the window and are not visible above the roof surface. They are concealed under the window flashing, hence do not collect dirt or spoil the roof’s aesthetic.
• Durable materials and finish: The highest quality pine wood, vacuum impregnated. Double-coated wood with ecological acrylic lacquer, finished in a natural wood color.
• Glazing and security: Both the upper and lower sash are equipped with laminated glazing unit P2. Increased resistance to burglary - TopSafe system.
• Sizes: Size Roof Opening: 30 In x 100 In; 32.5 In x 101 In; 37 In x 100 In; 39 In x 101 In.
• Installation and accessories: Installation range is 35 to 55 degrees. A wide range of accessories available.
• Lead time: Note: As this product is a special order product, lead times are anywhere from 10-12 weeks.

All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. Should you find any damages, this must also be noted on the delivery papers and photos taken and notify us ASAP. In the case you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected.
