• Materials and construction: individual Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) panels and blocks nest securely to maximize protection, versatility, and ease-of-use. The GRID system is lightweight and designed to compress and immobilize gear for transport.
• Compatibility: specifically designed to fit Pelican™ Vault V730 and Magpul DAKA Hard Case R44.
• Dimensions & weight: Overall dimensions: ~44.5 x 16.63 x 1.5 in; Weight: ~3 lbs. Note: Dimensions show just the height of the base panel with no Blocks attached. The Blocks add an additional 1.5 inches to the system.
• Protection you can feel: compression immobilizes gear, reducing movement and improving impact resistance compared with traditional open-cell foam inserts.
• Contaminant resistance & easy cleaning: EPP does not absorb contaminants—resistant to liquids and chemicals. Cleaning is quick with a damp cloth.
• Loadout flexibility: center GRID Panel can be removed to open space for objects approximately 4.25 inches wide. If you need a custom cavity, you can cut a Panel—EPP cuts smoothly and maintains protection.
