• Gen 3 upgrades — Comes with extra buckles so you can completely remove and swap out the shoulder buckles. You can keep two ruck buckles for quick release, have one side with a super slim low-profile shoulder buckle, or switch out both sides for smooth shoulder-to-shoulder movement when switching sides.
• Removable AMAP III side buckles — All side buckles that attach the AMAP III are completely removable. If you decide you do not want to run a backpack, you won’t have any buckles dangling around.
• Slitted side buckles for easy customization — Side ruck buckles now have a slit. This allows for easy removal for the addition of a velcro cummerbund over the front or if you want to switch them with something else.
• Egress™ Quick-release system & Fast-Adjust™ Cummerbund — The cummerbund can be adjusted and fine-tuned in real time, by the wearer. Getting the perfect fit can depend on mission loadout, what you’re wearing underneath, or even how much you’ve eaten for lunch. The one-size-fits-all cummerbund and multi-size plate bags solve sizing headaches and ensure a reliable fit for you and your team.
• Built-in stretch for a secure, low-bounce fit — The fast-adjust cummerbund includes a stretch element that allows the vest to be pulled in tight to prevent bouncing when you run, while still giving that inch of stretch needed when dropping to a knee.
• Placard-compatible design — Upper attachment points and a new laser-cut loop overlay provide the best of both worlds: velcro-backed placards instantly or mil spec, bartacked MOLLE underneath to attach regular MOLLE pouches.
• Shoulder buckle positioning — Shoulder area quick-release buckles are set way back so they don’t interfere with your rifle stock, yet remain easily accessible.
