Introduction

Meet the Ops-Core Counterweight Kit, a customizable weight management system designed to boost comfort and reduce neck strain when wearing NVGs. It’s the subtle upgrade your helmet deserves—steady, balanced, and built for real-world use.

Key Features & Design

  • Five removable weights: (5) 70g removable weights and a total system weight of 0.85lbs (385g).
  • Elastic pockets: (5) elastic pockets can stretch to fit (2) weights or (1) weight and (1) battery (AA, AAA or 123).
  • Secure rear mounting: mounts to the rear of the helmet with custom anchors using the existing helmet holes and provided longer ballistic screws; VELCRO® brand fastener ensures motion-free, secure positioning.
  • Low-light readiness: Chemlight window and Velcro patch for Glint tape for use with low light IFF.
  • Durable & versatile: lightweight construction and compatibility with Ops-Core FAST® and Sentry™ helmets; available in multiple colors.
