• Customization & Process — Each table is custom built once you place your order and every single table is unique. Once you place your order, we send our Custom Order Worksheet. It asks you additional questions about the details you'd like for your custom table and includes pictures to help you answer. you can also complete our custom order form prior to placing an order. We can recap everything and answer any questions you have then placed you on our building list!
• Payment & Invoices — Some customers prefer to pay upfront on our website, but there is no need to pay any money until your item is picked up, delivered or we do some invoices prior to shipping and shipping!
• Turnaround Time — Because we custom build our tables and because we always have a wait list, our turnaround time is about 8-12 weeks. If you need your items all we feel free to ask and we can see if we can fit you in! If you have a specific deadline, be sure to let me know as soon as possible and we'll do whatever we can to work it out.
