At AdversAI, we’re building a platform that redefines how cybersecurity is done — with intelligent agents, real-time triage, and autonomous threat response. Until now, all product direction has been founder-led, allowing us to move quickly and stay tightly aligned with our customers.

But the scope has rapidly expanded — and so has our ambition. We now operate across three major surfaces:

• AI-powered cybersecurity agents
• A real-time triage and investigation platform
• An evolving enterprise support and account management layer

Each of these could be a standalone company — and that’s why we’re hiring our first Product Manager to help lead the next chapter.

The Role

You won’t just “own a backlog.” You’ll own a product area end-to-end: strategy, execution, customer insights, and business outcomes. We’re looking for a builder and operator — not a task tracker.

What You’ll Do

• Be our first PM — help define what product management looks like at AdversAI
• Own a core product area (not just a feature) and be responsible for its success
• Deeply understand a specific customer persona — live in their world, solve their pain, obsess over their workflows
• Drive real business outcomes — your north star is revenue and user growth, not just feature delivery
• Work across Product, Design, Engineering (PDE) and GTM teams to ensure ideas ship and succeed
• Talk to customers daily — and bring their voice into every decision
• Help us scale from early-stage scrappiness to structured execution — without slowing down
• Be willing to debate and defend your perspective. We argue ideas, not egos.
