Lucas PolyPan® Corners #408 are a durable sealing solution for penetrations on all flat roofs. Configurable in a variety of sizes to fit different penetrations, they’re ideal for single-ply applications and built from a high-strength polymer. No gimmicks, just reliable, leak-free performance when you need it most.

Key Features & Design

• Configurable sizing: Four #408 PolyPan® Corners, combined with the appropriate number of #407 PolyPan® Straights, to fit a range of penetration sizes.
• Material: Constructed from a high-strength polymer for durability and long-lasting performance.
• Application: Ideal for single-ply applications; surface must be clean and dry. TPO surfaces require Lucas #8015 TPO primer.
• Installation: Push the PolyPan® pieces together until you hear an audible click; ensure a minimum of 0.5” between the pipe and the top of the PolyPan® edge.
• Sealing & seating: With Lucas #9600 Sealant, apply three 0.25” ribbons onto the underside of the flange and firmly seat PolyPan® onto the roof surface; use #9600 to seal around the outside edge.
• Finish & fill: Fill PolyPan® with a compatible pitch pocket sealant; Finish: White.
