Additionally during the eccentric phase, INERTIA returns the same energy that you apply during the concentric phase. Therefore, if the time applied to decelerate the exercise is shorted than how it is accelerated, you can produce an eccentric overload 2.
• Integrated quick change resistance system: without adding or removing flywheels.
• Rope regulation system: quickly set up the rope length according to the range of motion of each exercise.
